As a Hearing and Communication Specialist at Peninsula Plus, you’ll work alongside families to create supportive, empowering environments for deaf and hard of hearing children.

Every day is different—but always purposeful. From helping families explore communication options like Auslan, spoken language, or AAC, to supporting identity, advocacy, and emotional wellbeing—you’ll be building lasting impact, one connection at a time.

You’ll collaborate closely with audiologists, educators, speech pathologists, and other health professionals to make sure each child is supported in every part of their life—at home, at school, and in the community.
