What builds our culture

  • We love team days. Team days are held three times a year. It's a day where we connect, plan, problem solve and create and innovate. We dig deep into who we are individually and who we are as a team.

  • Throughout the week there are several supervision opportunities for you to engage in, in addition to this we have members of our leadership team within hubs and at the end of a team's call to provide support. Oh and we also have our buddy system. You are never alone; there is always someone there to support you.

  • We have an Employee Assistant Program supporting our team's well-being with confidential phone counselling. The platform also contains an extensive list of articles, self-directed learning and programs to support our team in all areas of their mental and health wellbeing.

  • Our HR platform, Employment Hero provides access to a range of discounts. These range from discounts with major retailers, to gift cards to an online shop.

  • Our multidisciplinary team brings together diverse expertise, allowing for comprehensive problem-solving and innovative solutions. By collaborating across different fields, team members can approach challenges from various perspectives, enhancing creativity and improving decision-making.

  • Our graduate program provides a supportive place for graduates to launch their careers. Our program is reviewed each year and changes made to ensure that our program is current and meets the needs of the current cohort.

  • We are lifelong learners at Peninsula Plus. We understand the importance of career pathways and the need for growth and development. We have frameworks that support our monthly meetings to ensure that your development is on track.

  • We never stop learning. Our learning opportunities are extensive, from weekly supervision, group supervision, self-directed learning, co-treating, stream meetings, and team events. Learning is embedded into everything we do.
