We have two team cars for when it makes sense. When it doesn't, and you need to use your own car, we pay travel.

We have a framework with pathways and competency packages to support you in your development. As an early career clinician we want you to spend your time honing and developing your skills. Pathways commence as an emerging clinician (2nd or 3rd year). This is documented in your development plan.
