New Graduate Program

Induction - Plus
Your first week is all about learning about Pen Plus. You will attend information sessions, meet with other team members and participate in shadow sessions.
Your second week you will start to meet some of the people (and their families and supports) you will be supporting.
Our induction program outlines your first 6 months with us.

Capped Caseload
Everyone picks up around three clients a day when you start. This number increases slowly, usually around one a week, until you reach five clients daily (350mins billable work). This usually happens around 5 or 6 months. Some days, you may only see four people because you are travelling or writing a report. Everyone moves through this journey differently.

Supervision - Plus
You will have individual supervision weekly, plus access to group supervision which runs across the week. We encourage co-treating, observation and shadowing.

Monthly Team Leader catchups
Team Leader catchups focus on you. Your career development and support plan are developed and monitored here.

Learning - Plus
Pen Plus has an extensive learning program stored in Employment Hero's GO1 learning platform. Our team have access to all the Pen Plus Village learning events and more!

Buddy - Plus
You will be paired with an existing team member. They will share all the Pen Plus shortcuts and be your personal support any day-to-day queries and report checking.
