Senior Speech Pathologist
Great clinicians deserve a great team. Join Peninsula Plus — a neuro-affirming practice where Speech Pathologists are supported, valued, and set up to thrive.
We’d love to meet you
If you’re a skilled Speech Pathologist looking for a role where your clinical expertise is valued, your autonomy is respected, and you can genuinely enjoy the people you work with, Peninsula Plus could be a great fit.
We’re a neuroaffirming allied health practice on the Mornington Peninsula, and we’re growing our Speech Pathology team. We’re looking for an experienced clinician who wants meaningful work, flexibility and the opportunity to shape a role around their strengths and interests.
What makes Peninsula Plus different?
Bring your experience and help shape what great practice looks like.
Use your clinical expertise to strengthen high-quality clinical governance, nurture and develop our team, and help us continually improve the supports we provide to our community. You’ll have the autonomy to think differently, innovate, challenge existing approaches and turn great ideas into better practice, while working alongside a collaborative multidisciplinary team.
Build a caseload around the work you enjoy.
We work across clinic, schools, homes and community settings, with children, young people and adults. We have the caseload to fill your passion, develop your interests and deliver supports to your clients to achieve their goals.
Keep growing, without starting from scratch.
Professional development at Peninsula Plus isn’t one-size-fits-all. We’ll support you to deepen your expertise, explore an area of special interest, contribute to new programs, take on mentoring or leadership opportunities, or simply continue doing great clinical work.
Be part of a team that genuinely connects.
We’re collaborative, curious and kind. There’s always someone available to talk through a complex case, share an idea or have a laugh with between sessions, while still giving experienced clinicians the space and independence they need.
Flexibility that’s actually flexible.
We recognise that experienced clinicians often know what enables them to do their best work. We’ll work with you around hours, days, settings and caseload so your role works with your life, not against it.
Beautiful places to work.
Our hubs are based in Mornington and Frankston, giving you the opportunity to work and build your career on the Mornington Peninsula.
What’s in it for you?
Flexible hours and employment options
A caseload shaped around your experience and interests
Paid travel and laptop provided
Individualised professional development
Opportunities to mentor, lead or develop specialist areas if that interests you
A genuinely collaborative multidisciplinary team
Regular team events and wellbeing support
Access to our Employee Value Program
What we’re looking for
You’ll bring:
A degree in Speech Pathology and current SPA registration
Established clinical experience and confidence in managing your own caseload
A neuroaffirming, strengths-based approach to practice
A collaborative mindset and willingness to share your knowledge with others
NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check
