About the Role: Team Leader
We’re on the lookout for an inspiring Team Leader to join our senior leadership team and support our amazing group of therapists. You’ll be a mix of clinician, leader, and project creator, guiding the team while working alongside them on programs that make a difference.

Here’s What You’ll Do:
- Take on a blend of clinical work, team supervision, and project leadership.
- Partner with other team leaders to develop innovative services and enhance the Pen Plus experience.
- Lead and design professional development, tackle meaningful projects, and get creative with program development.

What You’ll Need to Bring:
A professional qualification in Speech Pathology with current SPA registration.
The drive to support a thriving, collaborative team.
5+ years of clinical experience
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
A driver’s license
