Megan is a speech pathologist by training but now spends her time in the role of CEO.  Throughout her career, she has worked in hospitals, schools, community health and set up a language unit.  Since starting private practice 18 years ago, her goal has been to develop a multidisciplinary practice to wrap services around the client and their support networks.  "It needs to be and should be easy for individuals and their families".  Multidisciplinary teams also build therapist knowledge and skills, which benefits everyone, including their future clients.
