  • Early career therapists have weekly one-to-one sessions, in addition, we have multiple group sessions throughout the week, plus stream meetings. Not to mention incidental talks.

  • Yes, we are happy to support Working Visas and Permanent Residency applications. We have a relationship with an immigration lawyer to streamline the process. 

  • We have two team cars for when it makes sense. When it doesn't, and you need to use your own car, we pay travel.

  • The cost of living right now is tough; we get it. We support our team by paying above-award wages and providing access to bonus programs. 

  • We have a framework with pathways and competency packages to support you in your development.  As an early career clinician, we want you to spend your time honing and developing your skills.  Pathways commence as an emerging clinician (2nd or 3rd year).  This is documented in your career development plan.

Peninsula Plus started as Peninsula Speech Pathology Services almost 30 years ago!  Over the years, the team has grown and developed.  We are connected to our community and have developed our services in line with our community's needs.  Our values guide us and get joy from seeing people living their best lives.  

Founded in 1997
