Amy Rynsent joined Peninsula Plus as the Chief of Operations in 2022. Amy is a Speech Pathologist with more than 20 years of experience across multiple sectors (health, disability and education). She has a passion for paediatric feeding disorders and her early career saw her set up a feeding disorders clinic at Eastern Health, winning a research award for her work in tube weaning. More recently Amy has been involved in the roll out of the NDIS across Bayside Peninsula and with Peninsula Health to assist in the delivery of an innovative new program connecting Allied Health with early years services across Frankston and the Mornington Peninsula.

Amy has a passion for community, empowerment, coaching and leadership and developing others to realise their potential.

Peninsula Plus started as Peninsula Speech Pathology Services almost 30 years ago!  Over the years, the team has grown and developed.  We are connected to our community and have developed our services in line with our community's needs.  Our values guide us and get joy from seeing people living their best lives.
